  • What your niche is (if you are ready to niche down)
  • What category you will be in
  • What are your core values and philosophy, and how do they impact your decisions
  • What are your POVs – at least one for your brand as a whole
  • What is your Category Changemaker – what makes you different
  • What’s the proof – your Authority Builders are listed somewhere you can easily find them and add more
